Built by Stafford Narrow boats and then fitted out by Cheshire Narrowboat all in 2009, the boat was then commissioned and painted in 2010. Reverse layout with galley at stern creates a very appealing living accomodation for either long term cruising or residential use.

Fixed double at bow.

Main Cabin:
Open plan , incorporating a dining area comprising of two arm chairs with foot stools, nest of wicker tables, flat screen tv & dvd player wall mounted. Solid fuel stove with tiled surround on a slate effect plinth. Leading to dining area with table and 4 chairs.


Galley:
Stainless steel sink and drainer, full cooker in stainless steel. Marble effect worktops and goog cupboard storage below. Full size fridge, two double 240v sockets, tiled floor with under floor heating. Open area under work top for washing machine, plumbing and electrics already installed.


Bathroom:
Full width bathroom, walk in fully tiled shower, thetford cassette toilet, towel rail, cupboard shelf, corner hand wash basin, bathroom


Bedroom:
Fixed double with storage under and over head, wall mounted cupboards and double wardrobe with good sized hanging space.


Engine:
Isusu 35hp diesel engine linked to calorifier, Skin tank cooled. Very few hours on engine.

Heating:
Solid fuel stove. Under floor heating for galley and bathroom. Central heating pipe work and rads installed but not connected. Water heated by engine and 240v immersion.


Electrics:
12v & 240v electrics throughout. 240v Immersion heater, 1500w inverter, Lighting thoughtout by 3w LED's the same power as 20w standard bulbs.
