Large walk in shower room. Vanity bowl with storage under. Bathroom cabinet and mirror.
Wall mounted towel rail. Porta potti toilet, but plumbed for pump out if required. Fullly tiled

Bedroom:
Fixed double with storage draws below. Bulkhead mounted cupboards above. Double
wardrobes and additional shelving unit. Electrics and battery masters on side wall.

Engine Bay:
Barrus shire 35hp diesel engine. Skin tank cooled. Twin alternators. Engine linked to calorifier.
Engine just had full serviced, but very low hours.

Heating Systems:
Webasto diesel central heating for hot water and heating. Stand alone solid fuel stove in
lounge for extra heat and comfort. Water heated also by 240v immersion and also engine.

Electrics:
12v & 240v electrics. Victron combi inverter charger with 1600w and 75 amp charger.
Batteries all test and checked.
