Open plan 1 x Settee, Gunnel mounted folding table and chairs, Separate folding table, corner wardrobe/ hanging locker. Lockgate Diesel Squirrel stove mounted on tiled hearth with tiled surround. Side hatch between main cabin and galley.

Stainless steel sink & drainer, set in marble effect work-tops with good storage cupboards & drawers. New world electronic ignition full gas cooker, Belko full size fridge, Belling micro-wave, delta electric kettle & 2 x double 240v power points.


Bathroom:
Full size walk-in shower fully tiled, vanity unit, Thetford cassette toilet, bathroom cabinet & mirror.


Bedroom:
Fixed single bed with storage below, 1 x chest of drawers & 1 x electric radiator, leading into engine room area & trad stern.


Engine:
Beta Marine diesel engine keel cooled linked to calorifier.

Heating:
Lockgate diesel conversion Squirrel stove.


Electrics:
12v & 240v systems Vectron combi inverter 1600w & 70 amp charger.
