Walk in shower, theford cassette toilet, vanity unit, bathroom mirror. Very clean and tidy

Fixed double with storage under, gunnel storage units to corridor. Wardrobe.

Engine:
Nanni Kabota 27hp diesel engine. Just been serviced with engine bay power washed and
cleaned.

Heating:
Refleks diesel stove with tiled surround for heating. Rinnai gas water heater which has just
been serviced.

Electrics:
12v & 240 electrics. 20amp 240v charger installed.

Just been repainted to stern and gunnels. Out of water and had two coats of blacking. Very
tody and clean boat ready to sail. Full cratch and cover, plus stern pram hood.
