Worktop’s to both sides of boat, inset sink. 240v fridge, 4 ring gas hob with separate oven + grill. Washing machine. Good storage.


Bathroom:
Portapotti toilet, hand basin with small cabinet below, walk-in shower cubicle.

Fixed double bed. Full sized mirror.

Isuzu 43hp diesel engine skin tank cooled. Last serviced Nov 2010.

Heating:
Solid fuel stove with back boiler linked to radiators. Water heated by Emersion + Engine.

12 & 240v Electrics, twin alternator, 1000w inverter.

Steel Specification 10-6-4. Spray foam insulation. BSC valid till 2015.
